NEW FRAME IN CREATION STAGE

Mr. Formigli hasn’t created a new carbon frame since the ONE in 2013. Since then, you’d find Mr. Formigli, in the wee hours of many mornings, shut in his office infront of his computer, designing his next carbon frame masterpiece.
The tube shapes he has created are unlike we’ve seen in the past. Last month, using a 3D printer, he printed some of the initial tubes, and the frame is taking shape.
The video, below, shows a bit of his drawings and mock ups, and the process he uses to create new tube shapes and frame geometry.
The frame is still unnamed and expected to be revealed early 2016. The ONE will remain our flag-ship frame. The new frame will replace one or more of the other carbon frames.
